JB2 River Ranch - Luxury 7 Bed/ 5 Bath on the Guadalupe

JB2 River Ranch is a comfortable and luxurious space for your next family reunion, multi-family vacation, or corporate retreat, with a full remodel completed in June 2022. We have over 250 ft of Guadalupe riverfront on Lake McQueeney with a wide, multi-level dock for lakeside fun. JB2 is close to all the restaurants, bars, and activities of New Braunfels and Seguin while enjoying the tranquility and openness of a rural getaway.

The Main House features a gourmet kitchen, 3 dining areas, 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The courtyard layout includes a Casita, with separate entrances, and an additional kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. With ample outdoor seating over multiple levels, everyone in your group will be able to enjoy the 180-degree water views.

Our home sits on 5 private acres, about 1/2 mile from the main road.

Find your peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city: take a dip or float in the river, fish for catfish and bass from our dock, watch the herds of whitetail deer, listen to the birds chirping, or take in the majestic sunsets over the water. Lake McQueeney is a constant-level lake, deep enough for boating, and we have a private boat dock for your use. There are no public boat ramps for Lake McQueeney, so please contact us to discuss options for drop in.

*** We do not provide outdoor towels or blankets for the dock and lake. Please use our bath and hand towels inside only.

It will feature a full kitchen, half bath, indoor dining, indoor & outdoor lounging spaces, and an additional gravel parking area.
